Forbes releases its list of Richest Individuals on Planet

Forbes released its list much later than I published them on My blog deriving the informtion from various sources. The list corroborates my list. However I had missed on some of the information. The Top 20 William Gates III Warren Buffett Carlos Slim Helú Ingvar Kamprad Lakshmi Mittal Sheldon Adelson Bernard Arnault Amancio Ortega Li Ka-shing David Thomson Larry Ellison Liliane Bettencourt Prince Alwaleed Mukesh Ambani Karl Albrecht Roman Abramovich Stefan Persson Anil Ambani Paul Allen Theo Albrecht In my list, Mukesh was on 13th, Anil on 23rd and Azim on 25th. I expected KP Singh's rank as 40 on $10 billion however his actual rank is somewhere around 62 according to Forbes for the same wealth. Anyway once DLF IPO is out, I expect him to make an entry in top 25. Besides, Hasan Ali can make an entry in top 100. The Forbes list confirm a disturbing trend. That the rich are growing richer without appreciable increase in the income of the poors.
